LONDON & VAUGHAN, ON
New Track Self Care offers a structured, clinician-guided program in Ontario combining psychotherapy with clinically supervised, evidence-based treatment sessions. It is designed to support deeper healing when traditional approaches haven't been enough.
This program is intended for individuals navigating depression, PTSD, anxiety, and long-standing emotional challenges in a safe, professionally managed environment.
Common signs this program may help with:
Depression that hasn't improved with medication or therapy
Persistent anxiety, panic, or emotional overwhelm
Feeling emotionally numb, disconnected, or stuck
The lasting effects of trauma or difficult past experiences
Difficulty sleeping, relaxing, or feeling at ease
Recurring patterns that feel impossible to break
Research-Informed: Our program is grounded in current clinical evidence and designed for individuals working through trauma, depression, and long-standing emotional challenges.
Clinician-Guided: Every step is overseen by trained medical professionals and therapists who build a care plan around your needs, history, and goals.
Safe & Ethical: Every stage of care is designed with safety, preparation, clinical oversight, and follow-up support in mind.

For some individuals, deeply rooted patterns and emotional challenges don't fully shift through conversation alone.
New Track Self Care offers a more structured alternative, combining clinical preparation, professionally supervised medicine-supported sessions, and ongoing integration support within a safe, regulated Ontario clinic.
